Scope of work
In the process of acquaintance, a scope of work is formed, where the object of assessment and property rights are identified, where you explain for what purposes you need an assessment, what will be the destination of the assessment report, and the type of value. A contract is concluded and the date of the visual inspection of the object is agreed upon.
Study
We examine the object of evaluation visually, study documents, analyze market data
Making calculations
Based on the scope of work, we select the appropriate assessment approaches / methods and perform calculations
Generating a report
When all the previous steps are completed, an assessment report is generated with a detailed description of all the actions performed by the appraiser
Sending a report
The finished assessment report is sent to you as the customer

The list of services and the established prices are not final. The cost of assessment services is determined individually and can be adjusted depending on the type of object (company), the specifics of its (her) activities, and other features.
The cost of services is fixed in the contract for the provision of assessment services. If changes occur that are not stipulated in the contract, or the number of facilities increases, an increase in the price of services is additionally agreed upon by the parties.
